It's just that I am seriously thinking of moving to Zurich and would like to drive a Lotus 7-a-like, since I currently drive one here in Ireland (Sylva Striker for the curious among you)?

Their website is partly in English, but very limited. But I have found them helpful when I send them an email. You will need to find out details of importing or registering a limited production/one off car in Switzerland. It should be possible to do, because there are these funny little electric/pedal hybrid cars running around town that would not pass any form of crash test. Probably do really well on the emissions though. But these cars are manufactured in Switzerland which may make a difference.

I was a member a while back, good people. Run the St Moritz do every July, 150 Sevens attend, typically. Also I have run in to (so to speak!) various kit car types over the mountain passes. So yes, there are kit cars in Switzerland, lots of them.
Kind regards

Not tried by me, recommended by a chap in Germany.
Requires annual return trip to UK to do MOT test.
Kind regards

I wouldn't mind seeing these roll around Zurich:
