Hi all, I plan to move to another country outside EU and I hear that we can withdraw our pension. I hear that some companies can help with this (and some can even help you to change to a different state so that your tax on the pension will be lower). I am fine with either normal withdrawal or paying less tax. I am just too busy to take care of this by myself.

It should be fairly straight forward. Just ask your pension fund of how to do it. You shouldn’t need a company to help you.
If you change your legal residence to a lower taxed Canton you might save on taxes but that isn’t as easy at it seems.
If you are leaving Switzerland it's not needed to change your residence. Sufficient is that the "free passage" account is held in a low tax canton. This procedure is only useful for high pension amounts as these cantons charge more on these accounts.
