I was recently in Phnom Penh and bought Amok powder at one of the local markets. Unfortunately, not enough.. and as I am not anticipating another trip to Cambodia anytime soon, I am wondering if anyone has seen Amok powder in CH and/or might know of some sort of supermarket that might carry Cambodian foods.
There are lots of recipes for how to make it. The only ingredient I don't recall seeing anywhere is the kaffir lime leaf powder. But the fresh ones are readily available, so you could get those and just add them to the dish, or dry them and then grind them up yourself.
