Hey guys just for all of you out there that do not have 3-4 months for rent deposit, i found this company that pays out the deposit for you and they get a small fee.. if anyone its interested send me a personal message and will give more info...
Are you serious? Is 3-4 months a typical deposit here? Seems extremely high to me.

Three months rent is what rentors can legally ask for. They don't always, but they have the right to.
Maybe 3-4 if the rent is lower than say 1.4k, but 2months if it is >1.7k. In other words, they want 3.5-4k of a deposit I think...
Maybe it depends on the rent but the legal situation is as Bartholomew stated.

Agree with Bartholemew. My rental agency told me the legal limit was 3 months for a deposit. (To highlight how generous they were being by only asking me for 2 months )
