Instead of removing it Shirley recently complained about a post. It wasn’t removed until I reminded her that not only does she have the power, but that it’s actually her job to remove it. The same applies to open attacks and insults.

You can take over the keys, but the departing tenant will be obliged to arrange the cleaning with you.
