Hello,
My landlord has a no pet rule, but I was planning to build up a marine aquarium (100 Liters)
Before going ask the gerance (which is pretty finicky and usually just reply NO to whatever question), I would like to understand:
* Are aquariums considered pets? Should I even ask for permission?
* Are there dedicated insurances I may offer to take (to be proactive)?

Just make sure your insurance covers water damage in case of a leak.

Of course not the fish, but yeah all the insurance-related stuff in case of leak or anything of that sort.
