We - 2 women 60+ - are looking to enhance our WG with a new flat mate, starting date to be agreed. For CHF 850 and a deposit of CHF 850 you will have a room of about 14 m2 with your own balcony in a part of a farmhouse in a rural area close to forests and nature. The rent includes all additional costs such as heating, electricity, internet, Serafe, hot water, waste disposal. The common areas in the flat include a kitchen, living/dining area, two bathrooms (one with shower, one with tub), an additional small room for guests and for storage, small garden to sit outside and enjoy, an indoor and outdoor storage room plus - if you like - a (permaculture) garden where you can grow vegetables, fruits etc. in the village; bus stop 2 min walk. If you don't want to be alone all the time, but also value your privacy, we'd love to hear from you!
