I have a B Ausweis for Zürich and I’ve been offered a job in Thurgau. Am i allowed to work in another Canton? I’m trying to find out where to ask but I’m not having much luck.

My wife worked in Valais and lived in Vaud for many years, and so did many of her colleagues. A friend worked in Zug while living in Zürich. There may be more paperwork involved and longer renewal times though.
Of course, it's a good idea to ask because Cantons may be different, particularly those that are not "used to" such situations. You can start by checking with the HR of the new company, maybe.
Is your permit tied to your current employer? Ask at your commune.

Did you move pre-brexit or post brexit?
If pre-brexit, you should have the same rights as an EU citizen to move around.
If post-brexit, you are considered non-EU, so your permit is tied to your canton of employment
