b permit after deregistration

Hi

I have B permit and I am non-EU

my question is if I deregister, do I lose my B permit automatically? or does it expire at it's own expiry date?

so if my current permit expires in April, if I deregister in December, can re-register in February? or do I lose my B permit as soon as I deregister?

the long story is that my contract is ending and maybe I'll get a new contracting in february or march

Thanks

a second question is that after deregisteration, do I lose my visa or not? in case I want to travel back home and come back in february?

If you deregister, you lose your permit. And depending if you need a visa to enter the country, you may need one.

The D-Visa you got when you first came here is a single entry visa, so no you can’t use it.

Your permit expires when you de-register and you have to go through the whole process again to come back.

Current contract ends Dec (I assuming since you want deregister in Dec).

New contract (maybe) start Feb or Mar.

B Permit expires Apr.

Do not deregister in Dec. Your contract ending doesn't mean you need to deregister at the same time. If you get a new contract, when the time comes to renew your Permit in Apr, then show the new contract.

The main question is - is your permit tied to your employer? If so, then when the job ends so does the validity of the permit regardless of the time left on it. If tied, it would also make it difficult for you to get another job here since any new employer would have to go through the whole non-EU hiring process to get a new permit for you.
