If I moved job to another country and obviously handed in my B permit, could I return say within 1 year to Switzerland and start job hunting but also avail of the RAV?
I have a B permit now 11 years and am married to a Swiss citizen.
Probably yes but then the calculation will be based on your salary outside of Switzerland/ what you earned.
