Baby Classes / Groups in Zurich

Hello, I'm looking for groups or classes that I can take my 7-month old baby to. Until now we've been in London, but from mid-March we will be sharing our time between London and Zurich.

I found a really nice class in London called Baby Sensory, which involves music and movement, singing, signing, bubbles, lights, puppets, etc. etc. so I'd really like to find something similar in Zurich.

Any pointers to Mum and Baby groups also very welcome!

Jimboree (you can google it, I do not go myself but know of moms who are happy there)

swimming course: a good one is with www.wassererleben.ch

Gymboree in Zumikon is a good option. They do classes from birth to 5 years old.

Hi hollyf we are moving to Basel and have a 10 month old I have contacted the Basel Childbirth Trust (BCT) and they have been great and sent lots of info regarding groups etc maybe there is similar in Zurich...try

As of end of last year, Baby Sensory is now in Zurich too. Emilie does venues in Zurich & Meilen.

If you google baby sensory and Zurich, I am sure the right address link will come up for classes in Zurich.

Found this place for those in and around Kuesnacht / Meilen / Erlenbach. They run playgroups and a so called "Baby Cafe" on Friday afternoons. It is called The Apple Tree and it's in Erlenbach. They have a website too. I found them via Anglo info when I was looking at their list of playgroups

The Baby Cafe is only 5 CHF and includes coffee and an amazing playroom! We had a very chilled out time there. In addition it is super-clean and you can sit back and chill out while the children are happy.
