Last time I was at Berkliplatz, eating in the gazebo, a bunch of dames congregated there for the kickoff of what looked like a bachelorette party. That was Saturday, as the market there was winding down.
No idea what it's like there on sunday, maybe people waking up from their Saturday evening?

Babu's Cafe could be an option, their coffee and desserts are lovely. If you just call ahead and ask if you can decorate a bit I would be very surprised if the manager said no. We just did a hen night at Papa Joes and they decorated for us no hassles.
