Official stats (and unlike the US, in Germany they are usually reliable) show a pretty well static employment picture over the last 2 yearsThere is a tiny reduction since October last year but as a % of the total working population it’s really negligible.

Recent article on unemployment
The number of people entering retirement in 2024 was 937,000, which is around 15,500 less than in 2023. The reason for this slight decline is related to the number of people entering retirement in the previous year being particularly high due to pension start postponements and the increase of the statutory retirement age.
On one hand, people are willing to struggle as long as they can to increase the pension (presumably insufficient), on the other hand gov is pushing the threshold up. That’s just “kicking the can further down the road”

Its the same each and every time this comes up, politicians hear rhe numbers they want until Stern or Spiegel, depending who is in the Reichstag, “leaks” the true numbers.
Then finger pointing for the next few months.
However they get a pension from Switzerland, so I don’t see how leaving helps the system
Then they are not eligible for other social payments.
Around a quarter of Swiss pensioners get supplementary payments taxpayer funded.
Also they help to make housing available by not requiring accommodation
