Do you mean the Bavarian Lederhosen? I guess, you have to look in Germany for them.

In my opinion you also need the shirt, socks and shoes too, and maybe a hat as well. Otherwise you look like a tourist.
Go to Titisee in the Black Forest - they have a couple of shops specialising in traditional costume, and it's a nice day out anyway.
Get the S6 from either SBB or Badischer Bahnhof to the end of the line (Zell im Wiesental), then the bus towards Titisee-Neustadt from the station car park.

The real stuff isn't cheap. Forget it. But there are some main stream ones in Karstadt in Germany this year for a price that can only qualified by "good" in comparison with the prices in Trachtenläden.
