Which brand and model are you trying to assemble? Youtube has some of the most obscure DIY assembly videos…maybe you’ll find your grill on there?

Brand, model, general location? And what is full size anyway?
For example, I have experience with a particular Kamado style grill which isn’t common, and hefty enough that I totally understand why somebody would want a second set of hands to even uncrate it. So if somebody was setting up such at thing in the Zurich area I might try to find time to help.
But as it is, it is really hard to know what you are asking for.

It is Napoleon Prestige Pro 665.
Now I am having issues trying to get it delivered as Post won’t bring it up 10 stairs to my garden. Now trying to get it delivered to our neighbours garden and roll it across the lawn.
