Hi everyone,

I would like to ask something about “How to Become a DPD contract partner”, but first some

I read on their website the conditions:

  1. Commercial Register Entry (GmbH / AG) * GmbH The capital requirement is CHF 20K
  2. Willing to supply the necessary delivery vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes.

The questions are:

  1. If I fulfilled the conditions, what are the chances to become DPD contract partner?
  2. The capital of CHF 20K can I use to buy a van?

No clue on n1 question but yes for 2 - once your GmbH is founded you can use the capital for the GmbH and given your reason for a company would be to deliver parcels, buying a van would definitely be allowed to be charged to the company capital.
