Best app to translate other apps

Hello Everyone

I am struggling with some official apps like (Voteinfo or itheori etc) interface of these aps are only in German or French. Does anyone have experience to install any translator app which can directly translate it to English? I know copy paste technique but sharing information of specific app even paid for this purpose will be highly appreciated.

It would have helped if you had specified the App OS - Apple iOS or Android.

Google Translate works inside other apps on Android.

Use another device with google (instant) translate on it.
