Some may remember that Slammer worked for some years in the German Merchant navy.
The first ship I was on was the MS Europa, a cruise liner dragging rich people round the world in style.
On another forum where former crew reminisce, swap tall tales and generally long for those days long ago, somebody posted a clip from Diddi Halevorden where he was on board.
