Bluehost or Downhost?

Ok, we are supposed to talk about Switzerland but since we work globally this topic might speak to you. (If not please delete it, Admin.)

I would like to share bad experiences with Bluehost the hosting company.

Currently, I have my websites down for one week. After more than 10 chats with the online support, nobody seems to fixe the issue.

Did you have the same experience with this company?

How can we overcome this kind of situation as a client and get a refund?

Could you suggest another company?

same happened to me too , then just changed my host . they dont even care about it . poor customer support .

I had my photography website hosted through them for awhile, but then switched. I gave them the appropriate notification and shouldn't have been charged. They proceeded to bill me for THREE years! Every time they sent me a bill I would tell them that they were no longer hosting my site and I didn't owe them anything. Luckily they didn't pursue the unpaid bills, and eventually they stopped sending them. LOL

If it's a lot of money, I would complain until they gave me a refund. If you can eat the cost, just switch. My website is now hosted on a private server or I'd give you a recommendation. Good luck!
