Hello. When I filled the form for the aplication of my flat I only filled my info like living alone. But now I want that my girlfriend moves to the flat with me. Is possible to do that if I didn’t mention anyone else living there during the application?
Thanks!
Contact your landlord or leasing company about having your girlfriend added to the contract or how that situation should be handled exactly.
My understanding is that a second person should not be an issue.

Can the landlord prohibit subletting the flat?
The landlord can only prohibit subletting if the main tenant demands an overcharged rent from the subtenant or if the subletting causes disadvantages for the landlord (overcrowding, change of use, etc.). The same applies if the main tenant himself never moves in or does not want to return at all. The main tenant must notify the landlord of any new subtenants moving in. The landlord may ask about the terms of the subtenancy. If the main tenant refuses to provide the information, the landlord may prohibit the subtenancy.

I did exactly that a few months ago when my bf moved in with me. I emailed my regie telling them that he will move in so please make new name plates for the door and mailbox, but the contract would remain under my name. They only requested a copy of his passport and that was it.
Should not be an issue. Some cases might have some additional costs if some communal costs are apportioned by number of occupants, but otherwise should not be problematic.
Would your gf like to move in officially (as in register at the council)? Because she can only do that if she is added to the contract. If the landlord agrees, and there is enough space for the both of you (so this is not a studio flat or something) then it shouldn't be a problem.
If anything the town needs to be notified of new resident. And it may be the landlord's responsibility to do so. Aside from that, what does it say in your contract?
