Dear Beloved Customers,
After 30 years of family ownership, the time has come for us to say au revoir and pass Jim’s into new hands.
We are delighted to share that, as of July 1st, Rei from the British Fine Food Company, owners of the British Cheese Deli in Zurich will be taking the helm and guiding Jim’s into a bright new chapter.
Many of you in Gland will remember Rei from his time managing the shop between 2020 and 2022. Since then, he has gone on to build something truly special in Zurich and we can’t think of a more capable or better suited successor to carry forward the values that define Jim’s, and lead it confidently into its next phase.
Day to day, everything you love will remain the same. You’ll notice a fresh new version of jims.ch in the coming days, and you may even spot some delicious British farmhouse cheeses appearing in the Gland fridge before long!
There are far too many people to thank individually, but we do want to express our heartfelt gratitude to you — our customers , without whom this incredible adventure would never have been possible. We also want to thank the wonderful team we leave behind: Mihaela, Kiah, Ed and Tom, who continues to do a fantastic job managing the shop.
