I thought a cardiac arrest was a heart attack? Also, I agree that there are some (subjectively) very valuable people in the world who I don't know but would care about more if they died than if a random person died. However Brittany Murphy surely isn't one of them.
Commonly seen proportionally, but not common. It's still very rare, all things considered... and deaths like these are usually a bit suspicious in a hollywood celeb in these sort of circumstances.
Nope they are not the same, a cardiac arrest means your heart stops beating, a myocardial infarction means you have a blocked coronary artery
