Yes, because the permit is already approved so it’s just a matter of you letting them know you’ve arrived to start off the process of getting it issued. It’ll take a little while since you’ll need to provide biometric info during the process.

it's good to have a plan and a route. What I usually advise is:
- download local google maps.
- go get registered
- go get a month pass at the railway station walid from today
- go get a sim card
- go to the bank and get an appointment to open an account. In case of UBS it was like 'yeah, we found you a place where you can do it' and then you go there. Opening a bank account does not take 30 minutes like it does in Poland so you wanna do it asap.
- register at post.ch - you may need it to redirect your mail later
- when you have the phone number, arrange a consultation with the health insurance of your choice. I had bad experience with brokers (f...d up 3 out of 3 things they had to do. Massively. They will also try to push you all the possible stuff)
