The location should be in the Bahnhofstrasse/Paradeplatz area (somewhere between Limmat, Bürkliplatz and Zürich HB).

I'm going to have a business lunch next week and I've been asked to choose the location. Any recommendations?
Depends on the clientele and the budget I guess, and whether they're locals or people from out of town.
Zeughauskeller is by Paradeplatz. It is busy and fast and efficient and has lots of bratwurst and beer. If you've got a large group (eg more than 4) then it's best if you book.
Steak option - the Beef Club , which is above the Palavrion club, near Stockerstrasse tram stop.
Maybe good Asian food? Try the Ente Huus, near Bhf Enge. Be aware that you'll need to book 3 days in advance, if you want a proper Peking Duck with the pancakes etc. It's also a little outside your desired location.
If the meal is all on expenses then maybe try Brasserie Lipp, on Uraniastrasse.

Bubbles is right - Brasserie Lipp is also reliably good.
I've tried Coco's right on Paradeplatz with work contacts before and it was an epic failure. The food's nice and the service is usually attentive, but it's such a small space and gets really, really loud at lunchtime.
Bindella is a wonderful place had dinner there a couple times have never been disappointed
