It's such a shame that you limit yourself to a coffee shop OR a car wash.

I happen to know several native investors in Zürich or Geneva with money to blindly throw at a drive though coffee shop with integrated car wash.

Just imagine, "Whilst your milk is frothing, your car's a-washing" (TM Jekyll's coffee and car wash GMbH)

Regarding the coffee shop: location is everything. As I'm thinking about it, how much costs a little place at Bahnhofstrasse in Zurich?

For that price, I guess we have to sell luxury watches or so.
