Hi, I've been using mioxidil solution 5% for 2 years now. I was buying a package of 6-months online and never had a problem. I know that some drugs get stopped at the borded. This is however a Cat D. medicine - its sold without a prescription in a pharmacy or a drug store.

I did not checked beforehand, but they ship from the US. I thought they where europe based.
Problem is, the parcel seems shipped but there is no way it track it properly.

Huh. I haven't used that site for about 4 years but I did buy a couple of things and they came quickly. Too quickly to have been sent from the US but lots could have changed in that time.
Stuck like what? There are two possibilities... it exceeds the value of ca. 65 chf and than you need to pay taxes... or its not allowed.
And with the latter you can have an issue.... I think SwissintheUS quoted a couple of times where to find the list of items that can be imported, best to check that

I have received a tracking number from Post that indicates only the shipment date. No other detail. Order value is 48CHF
If Minoxidil wouldn't be allowed in Switzeland (haven't checked tbh) then I think they shouldn't sell it on their swiss website. If I have to pay taxes, fine, just tell me what to do in order to release the parcel. As by today, after almost a month from the other, haven't received any info yet.

Topic minoxidil is kind of special as it is OTC category D for males but Rx only for females (Not sure if category B or A). https://compendium.ch/search?q=minoxidil
