in big Coop or Migros
Fenugreek = Kreuzkümmel
Ground ginger = Ingwer gemahlen
Coriander seeds= Korianderkörner ganz

Much better go to your local Indian shop. There’s bound to be one reasonably near you and they’ll appreciate your support.

Just to complete the story, Kümmel is Caraway seed.

Yep. Kümmel = Caraway seed.
Back home they put it in every stew, goulash, vegetables, bread, buns and even simple boiled potatoes. It must have some magic powers or something. Apparently supports digestive health.
I am not so successful with it here at meal times, it gets pulled out on a side of the plates. I remember kids at home poking it out of bread and goulash, too.
I have terrible memories of being fed seed cake at my elderly aunt’s house.
It was an abomination, a lovely cake ruined by the addition of copious amounts of caraway seeds.
They are definitely an acquired taste and it’s not one I have chosen to acquire.

Fenugreek is Bockshornklee, also got some in my spice cupboard, got mine in Austria.
