Last week I applied for C-permit and was asked to submit a document proving that I did not claim social benefit for the past 3 years(bestätigung der sozialbehörden?). In the last 3 years I have lived in 2 different cantons (and 4 different communes). Currently, I ́m living in Zurich Kanton (not Zurich city).
I managed to get the certificate from the gemeinde where I ́m currently living. However, I ́m not sure how to get the certificates from Zurich Stadt (kreis 3 and 11) & Lausanne city.
After a bit of googling I found the following link for Zurich city and I submitted the online form. But I ́m not entirely sure if it is the right link. Could someone confirm?

What ́s the french name for this document? Could someone provide me the details of how to order this from Lausanne city? Thank you.
