Would anyone have any positive experiences with cable providers in Dubendorf?
We will be moving there shortly, and unfortunately Salt fiber optic is unavailable.

I had salt fibre in Stettbach/Dubendorf and have to say I was not impressed. The connection seemed a bit unstable, it didnt send the signal very well around the flat.
We left Sttebach/Dubendorf and moved to Volketswil, there is no fibre connection with any provider in our new place. We signed up to UPC and have been really pleased with it. The internet seems faster, stable connection and I get signal throughout the flat (which is much bigger). So a thumbs up for UPC/Sunrise from me.
So, I assume when you say ‘no salt fiber available’ you will not be in range of swisscoms fiber network. Basically in Dubendorf there is a choice (or combination) of:
→ Swisscom FTTH (then you can get salt fiber etc - this is mostly in Stettbach area, but then there are some newer buildings in other areas with this)
→ Swisscom FTTB (so fiber ends in the basement, and last leg is copper → I use this (DSL / G.Fast) and ~450Mbps down and ~120 up) - if this is available you can get offerings from init7, swisscom, wingo, sunrise, iway.ch, green.ch, solnet.ch and possibly couple others (but not yallo or salt fiber) - you can check for example on init7.ch if they offer DSL and how fast will it be
→ Glattnet / Glattwerk Cable and / or FTTH - This is local provider that does NOT share their infrastructure with other providers (and prices are not great): their offer is here: https://www.glattwerk.ch/telekommuni…fonie/glattnet
So I was with glattnet / glattwerk fiber in the past, it was ok, nothing to complain about. Then due do cost reasons I switched to DSL / G.Fast (currently with Sunrise) which is also working without any problems.
You mean WiFi issues and not internet link issues?
