has anyone succeeded in cancelling activ fitness subscription?
I got the response from them, that I need to send a cancellation mail.. does anyone has any example of what should it be? and where to send it?

Monthly plans renew automictically and run until canceled, annual plans have to be renewed actively each year, otherwise it will run out.
A monthly plan has a two month notice period to the end of the contract period, which is either 12 or 24 months. It can be canceled early in case of medical reason you move to a place which is further away than 30 km from the next Active Fitness location.
Annual plans can only be canceled du to medical reason or if you move to a place which is further away than 30 km from the next Active Fitness location.
If you cancel due to moving away or due to medical reason you must use regular mail and provided the needed evidences like doctors note or de/registration notice.
For actual wording of canceling a monthly paid contract, here an example in German:
Hiermit Kündige ich mein Active Fitness Abo Mit freundlichen Grüssen. Cancellation can be send to: [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) or ACTIV FITNESS Thurgauerstrasse 32 8050 Zurich Best to send this long before the 2 months notice period runs out. If you use email you should get an acknowledgement with hours, one or two business day at most. If there is no response, or you use traditional mail use registered post, as always when you send a cancellation notice,
