Are there any options other than Mobility for picking up a rental car on Sundays in Lausanne area?
Not of immediate help to you, but Europcar at Zurich airport do. Perhaps they do at Geneva too.
Europcar at Avenue Ruchonett is open on Sunday afternoon.
