Car repaired....but not overly happy

Just wondering what the recourse (if any) is here.

The Tesla since picking it up today was completely reset into German which is fine. But ever since then the computer is now warning me constantly that the car is not disengaging the parking brake. This warning sign never appeared before so a bit concerned....

Also there is a fine scratch alongside rear flank of the car. It's not super heavy but it's definitely there, right alongside the charging side. I'm not sure how I could prove if it was there beforehand? I think (per the GPS history in the car) that it went to a local washing machine place so maybe was scratched there?

Again, I am not autistic, I'll ring up tomorrow (though they seem to only speak swiss german..) and talk to them about it, I just wanted to arm myself with knowledge before and if there are any tips of the trade anyone could offer?

It’s all a bit confusing!

You have a Tesla. What was wrong with it? Where did you take it? It should have been to a Tesla Service Centre - was it?

Anyway, good to hear you are not autistic...

Apparently tesla dont do repairs (bodywork damage) so this is a tesla authorised place. Damage was done along front and side. Cosmetic.

Garage also said headlight would not be covered as it was typical that they go out anyway even though pre crash it had been fine...

Call your insurer and complain to them, as they have probably selected the garage.
