Does anyone know where to get those cat trees that you can select each part, and can have removable cusions, fabrics, hamock parts. Ive looked in Qualipets and Fres... but havent seen the one i want.
I know they have these sorts of things at Nulifar in St Louis, although I'm not sure abouth the modular system you describe.

I bought my cat's trees (yes, she has 2. One inside, and one on the balcony) through ricardo.ch. I found the best prices and selection there. Be careful though, some have platforms and caves that are too small for a large cat like mine. Make sure to look at the measurements.

I also remember a modular cat tree at a shop in Dietikon. Not Qualipet. It's next to Mediamarkt, I can't remember the name.
We got ours from here: http://www.trudys-fuettertaesche.ch/katzen/katzenbaeume/index.html pricey but excellent. Removable and washable cushions and you can select the parts you like for your cattree. We bought ours last summer at an exhibition and got 10% off. I have no idea though if they speak English I’m afraid.
I got my Petfun one second hand from someone who'd already had it for about two years and it still looks great, withstands the attacks from my 6.5 kilo Norwegian Forest Cat who likes to jump to the top from a distance and you can remove all the soft furnishing parts and wash them in the machine. They have fixed models but are open to individual variants and work out less dear than the similar ones you see at cat shows in Switzerland.

I bought mine from ricardo, brand new although I did have to put it together and paid 19 CHF for postage it was still a good deal. I think I paid 84 CHF for it (not sure if with or without postage) and it is a tall and sturdy three story with 23 houses one...
