Hi All,

someone knows if in Switzerland is considered illegal cheating on husband/wife? Any story/fact to tell me?? Clearly I understood that my spouse is cheating with someone in the same company and before going crazy totally (... ) I would like to know if the law can be on my side ...

It's illegal. You should call the cops and have her arrested. You can even be charged with intent to cheat.

Clearly it isn't illegal here or anywhere else in the civilised world... however you can achieve retribution in the courts.

Do you have a pre-nup that specifies she is not to kiss/think/touch/look or have any sexual contact with any other man/woman/animal/insect without your permission? does it specify what consequences will be if she does that?

if you haven't such agreement, and she isn't a millionaire! Sir you've been p!55ed on! and unfortunately there is nothing you can do to reverse what has happened/is happening/will happen!

So just talk to her and tell her "It's over!" may be you can get her back by throwing her out from the marital home before Xmas! that will teach her!

Hey people! It's close to X-mas, give me some break! I've had enough of CHF1000,000k+ salary earning gits, "revenge-sex" poised friend's seducers, wisdom tooth doctors and all kind of negativity. I don't feel any love here

Here's my predicament. I would be grateful for advice.

I have had a friend for about 20 years. Our kids are like sisters. She is beautiful, multi-talented, good job. I get asked out by a man -tell him I am not interested. I introduce him to my friend they fall in love. They are about to get married, when, he dumps her, he is cheating. She is distraught, this is the love of her life. She decides to try to date his boss whom I've never met. While I am shopping a man asks me out, it turns out to be the boss. I tell him about my friend he says he is not interested. I tell her what happened she goes bezerk and accuses me of engineering the whole thing.. We break off the friendship. An ex of hers (police detective) tells me he has worrying news about her but will only tell me in private. I arrange to meet- he asks me for info on her but also asks me out. ( I tell him to get stuffed). She finds out and accuses me of engineering this too. I meet the guy who dumped her ( shopping) tells me he regrets dumping her. I tell him to call her, I call her to let her know, but warn her that he broke her heart before. They are in love again marriage back on, but I get suspicious. I find out he is cheating and he knows that he has been caught and that I know. As I am telling my freind he turns up and starts questioning me-I leave. Now she thinks that I made it all up. I am supposed to be spending Christmas with her, but he will be there. What do I do- just cut the relationship?
