Are you looking to be a "chef" as in "head cook" here or are you using it as a more blanket "trained professional cook"? I ask because here, "chef" is the term used in place of "boss", so if you're searching for "chef" you'll get quite broad results.
Try looking for "Koch" - and sorry, I'm unaware of a specific kitchen staffing search resource, although one may certainly exist.
Try AHGZ - Allgemeine Hotel und Gaststätten Zeitung.
