Yes, we have a copy and will give it to them.

That doesn’t mean he, or you, should work for nothing. Consultants fees in CH exceed CHF500 per day, you should at least ask for that.
… unless they get on their roof perhaps?
Wait what?! So you actually imagined someone climbing on ones roof only to watch the neighbors’ bedroom? And I thought your only problem was crossdressing…
Maybe they went up there to check the condition? They seemed to know that the OPs roof tiles were broken.
Impossible in gaburko’s simplicistic world.
To him everything works all the time, doesn’t wear or break down and therefor never needs inspecting.
I’m sure I saw a horror movie that started like this.
“But the neighbours seemed so nice when we first moved in…and then they started to act strangely…”
“Little things at first, mild annoyances but later it got worse…”
Well, despite our response to the allegations they still want a meeting so we’ll see them with a translator at the end of the month.
Don’t agree to anything. If they insist, tell them you want to check with your lawyer first.
Resolved in our favour. We’re quite capable of looking after ourselves.

No. The neighbour won’t be told the outcome. They have the right to bring something to the court’s attention, but no right to know what any outcome is.
With any luck nothing more will happen. Next part of the UK move happens next week and then we just have the final moving part to do, get the house ready for sale, deregister, etc. So they won’t be our neighbours for much longer all being well.
I guess part of your sales ad is “fantastic area and lovely neighbours” ![]()
Most of the time they are.
Sell it to a drummer whose son likes to play electric guitar badly.
So, it was really about a request for guardianship…
Yes. But justice is happy we’re quite capable of looking after ourselves.
I´m glad for you it went well (but what a **** of neighbours…).
true. Should they want to buy your house - which could have been their reason for all this - tripple the price.
