These are the green beans which are flatter and sweeter than nromal round green beans

Or mangetout (flatter pods):

Italian flat beans, or Romano green beans, maybe?

If you mean these then they are called runner beans in English.

In British English that second picture might be called mangetout, but in American English those are snow peas!
