reaching out to see if anyone has experience in construction law? specific contracts to be used and to ensure full compliance.

Understanding all is governed by the SIA, a private group. There currently are no courses in English and therefore would like to seek out guidance from anyone who can give a general overview.

Can I ask why you are asking? I.e. do you have a conflict with a builder that you are trying to resolve, or do you have a more general interest?

Presumably the contract is governed by SIA Norm 118 (General Terms and Conditions for Construction Works).

However, since the conditions integrate/expand on the statutory norms governing works contracts and also pick up on or need to be interpreted based on case law, I would advise against trying to muddle through it by simply reading the English translation.
