Sounds a little on the high side, basiscally they come, drain the tank (what size is it by the way.....) you may or may not need a new anode, it is usual to replace at de calcification time (detartrage) the joints will need to be replaced and the calcium depoists removed from the boiler.
It's not difficult to do yourself, unless you end up with a leak, parts will cost between Chf 150-300.-- depending type of boiler, size of boiler, and amount of FYT applied, plus labour and travelling, 2 hours approx ??
My hotwater tank had been de-scaled by Swisskalk in the past and when I needed it done again I saw their website said something like CHF300-350. But I won't recommend them, they were hard to reach on the phone just to get an appointment so I ended up doing it myself, wasn't complicated but you need tools, know/how etc.
