No need to tell me that cuckoo clocks are from Germany, that's understood; however I have relatives in Japan that want one anyway. They equate Switzerland with clocks/watches and want a cuckoo, so I'd prefer them to be happy.
I've also checked the old EF threads, and the links seem to be mostly dead or for Zurich.
So, on the off chance that anyone knows a shop in the Geneva area that sells cuckoo clocks, I'd appreciate the advice. I can't find an online site for Lötscher, do they have an affiliated shop in the region, perhaps?

There are loads of tourist trap shops selling them in that area. My cousin insisted on buying one there once.
I know this is going to sound hilarious but we bought our cuckoo clock in Japan.
The best selection I saw of cuckoo clocks was in Germany near Hinterzarten. I cannot remember the name of the place but perhaps someone else can and perhaps there is the possibility to order online.
Titisee-Neustadt in Germany is cuckoo clock heaven (or hell).

when I was a kid I vaguely remember thinking I wanted a cuckoo clock...fast forward 45 yrs, the house my mom moved to after remarrying had one on the wall. My step dad and I never got along, had something to do with the clock
Last I knew there were some largish souvenir type shops on rue de Rhone that also specialised in them. Somewhat better than the ones around Cornavin in my experience.
I second titisee; loads of clocks there.
Just look at where they are made though, as the vast majority on sale were Chinese. The "german made" ones were substantially more expensive.

Try buying an antique one on Ricardo. The quality of the old clocks is substantially better than the modern trash sold in tourist traps.
Very good suggestion - depending on if they are after the looks or function one would want to verify the cuckoo hasn’t retired
(am beyond discouraged w/consumerism, a little energy expended to give something used a new home is a win-win)
