Cumulus vouchers in app

I have 3 5 franc vouchers in my cumulus app wallet. They are activated, but don’t seem to come off my bill when I scan my card.

In the app there is a QR code Cumulus card, when I tap on that it turns around into a barcode and also has the text in photo, which says vouchers cannot be redeemed. How do I redeem these digital vouchers? It’s much simpler in the COOP app.

From my experience it’s working like this: first activate them and then have the amount deducted in the final payment stage.

Sometimes it doesn’t work, especially if you activate them shortly before the check out. What I do is I go to the step where these coupons should have been listed (on the screen of self check out) and scan my Cumulus card once more. Sometimes they appear in the list after that. Or you can go to the manned check out and the cashier will help you. They have a possibility to enter the code manually.

IMO it also makes sense to activate them all in advance as they have a distant expiration date (like one year?) and seem to be used per amount required

I personally find Coop more confusing: in a physical shop I can’t pay partly in the Supercard CHF and partly in cash, while on-line I can, and in the past it used to work in a physical shop too, maybe I am selecting wrong menus. And also it seems unnecessary to have to be doing it explicitly in addition to a normal card scan (as opposed to activation in Migros). First world problems =)

Yes, I like Cumulus much more. The possibility to have only 20 coupons activated at a time is so stupid.

I do that all the time do it is definitely still possible.
I always pay cash first then the outstanding amount by card.
I do it to get rid of small coins.

I meant the virtual Supercard cash, the one you get from points

You want to pay partly in Supercard cash from the app and part with a card or part with Supercard cash and part with actual physical cash?
Both are still possible in store for me, you just have to make sure to do them in the correct order.

Then I am probably doing smth wrong:) before I used to scan my SuperCard cash and pay the diff with a normal card cash, but now it immediately complains that my SuperCard cash is insufficient to cover the purchase
