I’ve been looking for a new DAB+ radio to replace our Philips one whose analog controls are failing.
I’m looking for one that will broadcast to an external Bluetooth speaker in another room. But most will only stream FROM a Bluetooth device, not TO one.
So far I’ve found the Sangean WFT-4 but it’s f423.I’d like to pay less than f100.

Can anyone recommend another, less expensive, product or know of a hack. Sound quality isn’t a primary concern.
You can buy Bluetooth transmitters that plug into the headphones socket.
Thanks for the suggestions guys. I decided on Phil’s idea of a bluetooth transmitter with a 3.5 jack. f20 which is close to half the price of the new DAB+ radio.
Tom a very good suggestion but that is just too big for our kitchen counter top.
My trick is to use old smartphone for such task. Do you really need DAB when you have internet?
On the other hand there are nice DIY projects using common DIY modules to replicate stream from one source with real-time accuracy so you won’t hear any echo when moving between rooms
Or <$5 shipped if you buy from aliexpress.
I would suggest getting a DAB+ radio which also supports web radio so you can listen to stations from around the world. There are plenty of options.
