Backbar im Seefeld has some vegan empanadas and something more. I'm not a vegan, but I really love their vegan empanadas. Ask if they have more vegan stuff - I do remember a vegan carrot cake.
John Baker has some breads, coop and migros as well( Coop even uses the vegan label), Bäckerei Gnädinger has been stocking up on all kinds of baked goods, right next to them is Eva‘s apples vegan store.
