Dental Rubber Bands

Hello,

Does anyone know whether we can buy dental rubber bands ourselves and where we can get them from?

Usually, orthodontists/dentists give it to their patients if required during treatment. I was wondering whether we could buy them from elsewhere without going to an orthodontist.

The one time I asked at my dentist's clinic if I could purchase a package for non-dental purposes I was outright denied.

So I'd love to hear if someone on here has had success in acquiring some in CH, I've not been lucky.

No idea... but this made me so nostalgic... when I had braces as a child I used to use my dental rubber bands as bracelets for my Barbie dolls!

(I also used them on my teeth, of course... Not the same ones though. That would have been gross.)
