he probably rehearsed it on the ground many times, but forgot the parachute when it was showtime.
I’d say he had either unrequited love or insurmountable debt.

It gives “hands-on learning” a new meaning.
I can imaging him jumping out with both middle fingers out and ahouting: “So looong mudderfuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu…”
