as normal there are ways to get Disney plus but they involve using a smart dns service or a vpn. Also you would need to have a US debit card to sign up for the service. I have disney plus and I took advantage of the D23 special offer. I am currently enjoying the Mandolorian.
All the best

Launching a week early and yes, Switzerland gets it.
"The new streaming service Disney+ is to launch on 24 March in the UK, a week earlier than originally planned.
Pricing has also been revealed - it will cost £5.99 per month or £59.99 a year, making it more expensive than the earlier DisneyLife platform.
Disney+ launched in the US and Canada in November, where it became the most downloaded app.
The new launch date may be an attempt to tackle piracy of shows like The Mandalorian, suggested one expert.
The other European countries that will receive Disney+ at the same time as the UK are Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria and Switzerland.
The Netherlands already has access as it was used as a testing ground for the platform."
Unsurprisingly the swiss website is only in German.
also the price for 1 year is 99 chf. Over the next couple of years there should quite a few made for Disney plus content released. I enjoyed the Mandolorian and watch a few of the old Star War movies. The picture and sound quality has been excellent.
Have fun

That'll get you the normal monthly (not yearly) price that the rest of Europe and the US is paying.
BUT, I chatted with their helpdesk today, and found out that if you can prove residency in both CH and another country (USA in my case), you can sign up in the other country and they'll allow you to stream to both countries. So I'm currently trying to do that. But of course I have to do it via a US IP address, and trying over my VPN is giving me trouble. Error code 66 Legal Documents Unavailable. Whatever that means.
Discovered you could create profiles and set a profile to 'Kids' if needed, but not the first profile.
For each profile, you can set the language. Looks like it works similar to netflix where it stores your viewings and gives you recommendations...
At first did not like the interface, compared to Netflix, but lets see, too early to give a true impression, only watched a couple of things yesterday.
The Roku channel issue is still not resolved and support is not helpful at all. The best they can suggest is to wait and see if it works tomorrow or later in the week I expected better service from Disney to be honest.
