Does TCS honor AAA from US for roadside service?

We just heard that TCS will honor a AAA card from the US if we breakdown and need roadside service. Does anyone know if this is true? I tried to find something on the TCS website, but could not. And if it is true, are there limitations related to how long you have lived here, etc.?

In the US, roadside service from AAA is free within certain parameters, so I guess that is what I am assuming is true for the TCS also.

Any information would be appreciated.

I think that they have an office in Nyon where you can register.

Depending on your car (if purchased here), you might have a roadside assistance package included for the first year or two. Have a look in the documentation of the car.
