Doggie DayCare in Geneva?

Hello fellow pet lovers!

I will likely be traveling to Geneva for work in a few weeks and am hoping to bring my dog with me. I'll be there for two weeks. Since I'll be working during the days I'll need a good doggie daycare service in Geneva. I've never been there before so have no idea what's available, what to look for or avoid, and am also concerned about language barrier.

My dog is a little Maltese girl named Rosie. She's very sweet, but she's a rescue and so is fairly fearful of people and other dogs (she was attacked by a coyote before she was rescued)...so she barks and fusses when I leave her but she also self-soothes after a bit.

Any advice or insights anyone could offer would be Greatly appreciated! In the past I was able to find someone who watched a few dogs in their home and that would be my preference if available.

Thanks!

P.S. --I'll also need to find a great hotel that accepts dogs as well. Normally I stay in Hilton properties but I don't see any in Geneva, sadly. Recommendations?

If its only for two weeks, i will suggest leaving the dog at home. Doggy care is expensive in Geneva. I used to pay about 28chf per day for my dog and that was in a kennel with a lot of others. And do you want to make your dog travel that long twice in a short period of time?

Nah.. Better find someone you trust there and leave her. Its only two weeks

Thanks for replying, ta!

I'll be in Geneva for @17 days then on to Ireland for a week or two. I can't leave Rosie alone for that long since she's a fairly new rescue and has separation anxiety when she's not with me.

In Ireland I'll be staying with a friend so she'll be with me, it's just Geneva where I really need to find her doggie daycare for weekdays. Thanks for the info on pricing.

Sorry, was saying Thanks for replying, Gata!
