Dogs on SBB app? (And ZVV - Zurich local transport app?)

I feel like I am going crazy. I could swear I had my dog in as a passenger in both the SBB and the ZVV (Zurich local transport app) and he has disappeared and I cannot add a dog now.

I have written to both but is anyone else experiencing this or is it me? Thank you!

I just checked mine - still says “Annual dog pass” and the expiry date.

I also have the travel pass as a physical card which has it on. If you have this you could use it as a back up till you get the app sorted out?

Thanks I don’t have the dog pass and had him as a passenger I could bring and tick.
