So I contact this company called architronic.
I say:
" I would like to buy the Canon HV10 but I have a quesion.
How long does delivery take? "

This was great, I'm perplexed, not at all offended, quite surprised and mildly amused.
It reminded me of the Monty Python sketch about not understanding or speaking English.
Do they only want your German speaking money?
